Koolden Digital Solutions was founded in Honolulu by Marcus Mendonça after years of working across sales, service, business analysis, marketing, and business ownership. Through those experiences, he repeatedly saw good businesses invest in websites, SEO, advertising, content, and software without having a connected strategy behind any of it.
Too often, business owners were left coordinating several vendors, chasing inconsistent leads, or relying almost entirely on referrals. The individual marketing pieces might have been there, but they were not working together—and no one was taking responsibility for the complete journey from being discovered to winning the opportunity.
Marcus created Koolden to provide a more connected approach. What began as a local digital marketing company has grown into a Hawaiʻi-led, distributed team of specialists working across strategy, branding, content, websites, search, lead generation, automation, and follow-up.
Today, we bring those capabilities together through the Found First System™. Our primary focus is helping contractors and home service businesses build more predictable job pipelines without losing the relationships, reputation, and quality of work that made them successful in the first place.
